TESTED FOR ELECTRICAL SAFETY
All Franco's equipments are PAT tested.
Portable Appliance (PAT) testing is a requirement by LAW.
It involves the testing of all electrical equipments to be used at your event that requires a mains supply.
It ensures that all appliances are electrically safe to use and this is to comply with The Electricity at Work Act 1989
PAT tested equipment is also needed to satisfy the requirements of the DJ's insurance company.
Franco has Public Liability Insurance of up to £5 million.
We all know that getting married or organizing a major celebration can be an expensive and sometimes stressful.
Booking a DJ without PLI could prove to be a very expensive mistake.
The risk of booking a DJ without Public Liability Insurance:
If your DJ causes damage to the property or individuals, you may end up being liable for the cost.
Many Hotels, corporate and large venues insist DJs are fully insured.
If you DJ arrives to set-up on your big day and is unable to produce evidence of insurance, he may be refused setting up his equipment. You can obviously imagine what a disaster that would be!
